ATTN REALTORS®: How Will Johnston County’s New UDO Impact Your Business? 🏘️🚜 

Johnston County is updating its Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), and these changes will directly impact future land use, subdivision standards, and development buffers across our market. To help local real estate professionals and residents understand what's ahead, Johnston County Planning is hosting two interactive drop-in sessions. 

Local REALTORS® are strongly encouraged to attend to learn how these proposed zoning and development rules will affect your clients and future transactions.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Interactive Stations: Walk through key updates, including new subdivision standards and mandatory buffer zones between new developments and neighboring agricultural land. Direct Access to Experts: County staff and planning consultants will be on hand throughout the evening to answer your specific questions.
