B-I-N-G-O! It’s Game Night with JCAR! 🎰✨ 

Get your lucky charms ready! Our JCAR Affiliate Committee is hosting a night of high-stakes fun, and you’re invited! 

Whether you’re a Bingo pro or just in it for the prizes, this is the perfect way to unwind with your favorite industry partners. 

When: Tuesday, May 19th 

Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM 

Location: 9Bar Coffeehouse - 411 Athletic Club Blvd, Clayton

The Perks: We’ve got the food and drinks covered! 🍕🍻 

The Info: We have the first BINGO card for you complimentary.  
Additional cards will be available for a donation and all proceeds will benefit a local JoCo charity.

The Stakes: Epic prizes are up for grabs! 🎁

The squares will be common realtor terms based on five topics:
B - Broker Duties 
I - Inspections & Insurance 
N - New Construction 
G - Government Backed Loans
O - Offer to Purchase

Much like offers on a home, there can only be one winner.  If we have simultaneous game winners, they'll compete head to head in real estate trivia to see who comes out on top! 

We're also going to have a special prize for the brokerage office with the highest level of participation for the backpack buddies.  The "GOAT" Trophy.  Something they can proudly show off and display as bragging rights over their colleagues for the remainder of 2026.
