We are excited to welcome Matt Clarke, From his early days as an NC State intern to his current role as a top-tier leader, Matt has spent 16 years building the backbone of North Carolina!

With both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Engineering from NC State, he doesn’t just understand our roads—he’s designed and repaired the very bridges we drive on.

After a powerhouse career spanning project development and technical leadership, Matt now serves as the Division Engineer, where he oversees all NCDOT activities across six counties.

We are incredibly lucky to have an expert of his caliber giving us the "inside track" on Johnston County’s future!
