As an organization, the Johnston County Association of REALTORS® (JCAR) is strictly nonpartisan ("Purple"—neither blue nor red). Our advocacy efforts focus entirely on protecting private property rights, expanding housing opportunities, and supporting the real estate industry, regardless of political party.

Ahead of this important meeting on Tuesday, we want to share a quick reminder regarding the context and purpose of our featured guest speakers:

Because these officials hold office today, it is essential that they hear directly from our REALTOR® community. They need to understand the real-world issues affecting your day-to-day business, as well as the buyers and sellers you represent every day.

We take our nonpartisan commitment very seriously and do not host campaign stops or endorse political candidates. We encourage all members to join us on Tuesday so your voice and perspective are represented in this vital conversation!

Overflow parking will be available for Tuesday’s General Membership Meeting at the Johnston County Medical Mall.

From Brightleaf Boulevard, turn onto Hospital Road and continue past the main parking lot to the overflow lot shown in pink on the attached map. Once parked, walk up the hill and enter through the North Entrance to reach the auditorium.
