JCAR, JC Building Industry and KS Bank have partnered together for our annual Economic Developmet Forum. No-Show & Cancellation Policy: Registrants who do not attend and fail to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event will be charged a $20 no-show fee. All cancellations must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the event to avoid this fee.
